Toda Agencia de seguros deberá elaborar un reglamento en el que se expresen sus facultades mínimas.

Este reglamento se llamará Certificado Público y su texto deberá ser aprobado por la Superintendencia. Dicho certificado se fijará en un lugar visible en las oficinas de la Agencia, para información de terceros.
