Art. 5.° En el caso de que un individuo tomare posesion del destino de guarda-parque sin prestar alguna de las fianzas especificadas en los artículos 1.° i 2.° porque las circunstancias así lo demandaren, se le retendrá sinembargo, la tercera parte del sueldo del empleo en la respectiva oficina pagadora, durante todo el tiempo que trascurra, hasta que preste dicha fianza.
