2º Una vez concedidos los noventa (90) días de exención de bodegaje sobre el cargamento citado, la Compañía Distribuidora de Cementos Colombianos, Ltda., deberá pagar al Terminal las sumas que resulten por concepto de almacenamiento durante la fecha posterior al cumplimiento de los noventa (90) días, para lo cual se aplicará la tarifa establecida por los reglamentos del Terminal.
