Artículo decimotercero. Las escuelas normales que organicen los estudios de profesionalización respectivos con el lleno de los requisitos indicados, otorgarán al docente el título de bachiller pedagógico de conformidad con el Decreto 088 de 1976, el Decreto 1419 de 1978, el Decreto-ley 2277 de 1979 y la presente norma. Este título tiene la misma validez que el obtenido por los estudiantes regulares.
