Art. 10 La sentencia será notificada á las partes y si no fuere apelada, se declarará ejecutoriada en el caso de ser condenatoria, veinticuatro horas después de su notificación. Si el fallo fuere absolutorio y ninguna de las partes apelare de el se consultará con la Gobernación departamental respectiva.
