Art. 1.° El camino del Quindío, que pone comunicacion el Norte del Estado del Cauca con los de Antiquia , Tolima, Cundimarca. Boyacá i Santander se considerara, desde la sancion de la presente lei, vía pública nacional, correspondiendo su composicion i mejora al Gobierno de la Union.
