Artículo séptimo. Para la adjudicación de pedidos para compras locales en el mercado de Bogotá, cuyo valor exceda de cien pesos ($ 100), y no sea mayor de quinientos pesos ($ 500), en cada caso, además de las formalidades anotadas en el artículo anterior, se requiere información comercial que permita consultar las cotizaciones u ofertas de tres personas naturales o jurídicas, por lo menos.
