Artículo único. En la Resolución en que se faculte al Concejo Municipal para contratar el empréstito, se pondrá un extracto de las principales obligaciones que aparezcan en el proyecto de contrato, como también las modificaciones que se haya creído necesario introducirle. Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 5º del Decreto número 124, de fecha 3 de febrero del corriente año.
