Respeto a la intimidad y dignidad. El Servicio Público de Empleo se prestará con respeto a la dignidad de los usuarios y al derecho a la intimidad en el tratamiento de sus datos, conforme a lo dispuesto en la Constitución Política y las leyes y decretos que la desarrollan.
