Artículo único. Desde la publicacion de esta lei gozará el antiguo militar de la Independencia, señor Andres Estarita, de la pension de doscientos cuarenta pesos anuales, pagaderos del Tesoro nacional por duodécimas partes.

Parágrafo

Esta pension será pagada en los mismos términos que las pensiones de que gozan los militares de la Independencia.
