ART 112. El censatario no es obligado al pago del capital ni de los cánones devengados antes de la adquisición de la finca censida, sino con esta misma finca; pero al pago de los cánones vencidos durante el tiempo que ha estado en posesión de la finca, es obligado con todos sus bienes.
