Articulo 2° Para establecer trabajos en la sección de Santander, a partir del límite con Boyacá hasta el Socorro, se traslada a' esa sección el Ingeniero que ha estado actuando en el trayecto de Boyacá, señor Diego Páez Rueda; y se limitan a la parte de la sección de Santander, comprendida entre el limite con Boyacá y el Socorro, las funciones del señor Pablo Camacho nombrado Cajero Contador de la sección de Santander hasta Bucaramanga.
