Art. 2º. Las minas de esa clase denunciadas hasta hoy podrán ser explotadas por los empresarios pagando al Tesoro nacional un canon de sesenta mil pesos oro por año, á contar desde el día en que la mina ó minas empiecen a producir esmeraldas.
