° Facúltase a la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero para celebrar como asegurador, el contrato de seguro contra los riesgos de pérdida o deterioro a que están expuestos los productos de la agricultura y la ganadería y los que pudiere correr el acreedor de un crédito, por la imposibilidad total o parcial en que llegare a encontrarse su deudor para efectuar el pago.
