º. Autorízase al Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, en los términos del numeral 7º del artículo 320 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, la adquisición de títulos representativos de deuda subordinada emitidos por establecimientos de crédito, cuyo propósito sea el fortalecimiento patrimonial de los mismos. Los términos y condiciones de los títulos de deuda subordinada que pueden ser adquiridos por el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras serán determinadas por su Junta Directiva.
