La Junta creada por el artículo anterior administrará y explotará la parte de las obras que se den al servicio e invertirá sus productos en los gastos de administración y en el ensanche del acueducto y alcantarillado, el cual se hará de acuerdo con los contratistas del Gobierno para la ejecución de las obras.
