La junta de administraci ón será el órgano ejecutor de las decisiones de la asamblea general; su composición, numero de integrantes, atribuciones, funciones y término de duración, serán determinados en los estatutos de la empresa. Deberán preverse mecanismos para la rotación de los cargos de la junta de administración, de tal forma que todos los socios de la empresa se capaciten para desempeñarlos.
