Por el año gravable de 1992, la tasa de interés para determinar el rendimiento mínimo anual de todo préstamo en dinero cualquiera que sea su naturaleza o denominación que otorguen las sociedades a sus socios o accionistas, será del 27.08%, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 35 del Estatuto Tributario.
