Emisión y pago de bonos pensionales. Los bonos pensionales que le corresponda emitir y pagar al órgano cuya liquidación se haya ordenado, serán emitidos y pagados por la Nación a través del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público conforme a las normas que regulan la materia.
