Fíjese el siguiente tiempo mínimo de servicio en cada grado de las Fuerzas Militares, para ascender al inmediatamente superior, así:
El aumento de un año de servicio en los grados, de Subteniente y Coronel, o sus equivalentes en la Armada, sólo regirá para quienes obtengan dichos grados con posterioridad a la fecha de vigencia de esta Ley.
