En caso de llamamiento al servicio activo, los Oficiales que se retiren en las condiciones establecidas en los tres Artículos anteriores reintegrarán, en la forma que el Gobierno determine, la competencia en dinero que hubiesen recibido y las cuotas de la Caja de Retiro que les hubieren sido devengados.
