º Las autorices de policía podrán efectuar revistas o visitas a las casas comerciales y depósitos de las mismas, donde se presuma que se esté negociando con los elementos que trata el presente Decreto, con el fin de constatar la evidencia de tal hecho. En todo caso, debe hacerse un acta de la visita y se dejará copia al propietario del establecimiento comercial correspondiente.
