Todo objeto certificado debe entregarse personalmente al empleado de correos respectivos, debidamente acondicionado, con los nombres del remitente y el destinatario, escritos en la parte exterior, a fin de poder identificar estos envíos en cualquier momento, e iniciar las investigaciones a que haya lugar, valiéndose del recibo otorgado en el momento de la entrega.
