LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.1.1.2.4 Patrimonio Técnico.El cumplimiento de la relación de solvencia se efectuará con base en el patrimonio técnico que refleje cada entidad, calculado mediante la suma del patrimonio básico neto de deducciones y el patrimonio adicional, de acuerdo con las reglas contenidas en los artículos siguientes.

Artículo 2.1.1.2.4Garantías.

Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 2.1.2.1.4 del presente decreto, las garantías otorgadas por las entidades territoriales y sus descentralizadas se evaluarán de acuerdo con los criterios definidos en el artículo 2.1.2.1.3 también del presente decreto.

Estas garantías estarán sometidas además a las limitaciones establecidas en el artículo 11 de la Ley 358 de 1997.
