º. El funcionario o entidad que goce de franquicia sólo la conservará en el territorio de su jurisdicción. Los Gobernadores, Intendentes, y Comisarios Especiales la conservarán fuera de la jurisdicción cuando viajen en ejercicio de sus funciones, pero únicamente para comunicaciones oficiales, dentro de las disposiciones sobre franquicia, dirigidas al Gobierno y a los encargados de la Gobernación, Intendencia, o Comisaría, según el caso.
