En desarrollo de lo previsto en el inciso 5° del parágrafo 2° del artículo 361 de la Constitución Política los órganos colegiados de administración y decisión podrán crear comités consultivos con el propósito de analizar la conveniencia, oportunidad o solidez técnica, financiera y ambiental de los proyectos de inversión, cuando así lo consideren.
