Los Síndicos Recaudadores al expedir recibos u órdenes de recibos según el caso, tomarán al consignarte los datos de que trata el artículo 81 de la Ley que este Decreto reglamenta; le harán las prevenciones pertinentes sobre los artículos 27, 57 y 81 de la misma, y dictarán también, si fuere el caso, la resolución a que se refiere el artículo 87 de la propia Ley.
