Enajenación de activos. El Liquidador procederá a la enajenación de los activos de la Entidad en liquidación, si fuere del caso, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 30 y 31 del Decreto-ley 254 de 2000, modificados por los artículos 15 y 16 de la Ley 1105 de 2006, respectivamente. Los bienes que fueron transferidos del Incoder a la Unidad Nacional de Tierras Rurales, retornarán al patrimonio del Incoder.
