Los empleados públicos que estando al servicio del Ministerio de Educación Nacional o del Instituto Colombiano de Pedagogía fueren incorporados a la planta de personal del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, no requerirán otra formalidad, para su posesión que la firma del acta respectiva.
