Como garantía del fiel cumplimiento de todas las disposiciones anteriores y de las reglamentaciones y órdenes emanadas de la Superintendencia Bancaria, las bolsas deberán constituir a favor de está entidad, en calidad de prenda, un deposito en valores de primera clase que devenguen intereses hasta por cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) a juicio de la misma.
