Para efectos de la interpretación de la Ley 182 de 1995 , cuando quiera que se encuentre en su texto la expresión "Canal Zonal o Canales Zonales", entiéndase que se trata de Canales Nacionales de Operación Privada. Igualmente cuando la ley se refiera a canales nacionales, deberá entenderse que se trata de los Canales Nacionales de Operación Pública, esto es, los que están constituidos por los concesionarios de espacios de televisión.
