DILIGENCIAS PRELIMINARES. Los funcionarios del Area de Dirección Superior a cuyo conocimiento llegue, por cualquier medio, la comisión de un hecho que pueda constituir falta disciplinaria, adelantarán directamente o por medio de un empleado de su dependencia, las diligencias preliminares de indagación, con el objeto de establecer si es procedente la apertura de proceso disciplinario. Los Inspectores podrán oficiosamente adelantar tales diligencias.
