Reemplazo de Jurados. Si al practicar la diligencia resultaren sorteadas personas que no pueden ser Jurados o en quienes concurra cualquier impedimento; el juez procederá, a su reemplazo de oficio o a petición de parte. Si con posterioridad a la diligencia de sorteo se conocieren los motivos señalados en el

inciso anterior, el juez procederá a realizar sorteo parcial, dentro de los dos días siguientes, previo señalamiento de fecha y hora.
