En los casos de oposición a propuesta sobre explotación de hidrocarburos que cursen en el Ministerio de Industrias, ni el proponente, ni el opositor ni ninguna otra persona podrán efectuar trabajos de perforación en los terrenos a que se refiere la oposición, mientras esta no se decida.
