A través de las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora podrán transmitirse conferencias o discursos de carácter político, de conformidad con las normas previstas en la Ley 74 de 1966 y las que la adicionen, modifiquen o aclaren. El Gobierno Nacional podrá establecer limitaciones especiales sobre la información que se transmita en época de elecciones con el propósito de mantener el orden público en el territorio y garantizar la imparcialidad de los debates.
