° Adscríbense las funciones de Pagador Contador de las obras a que se refiere el artículo anterior, al Habilitado de las obras portuarias de Puerto Berrío, empleado que tendrá una asignación mensual de $ 250, pagada así: $ 205, por las Obras Portuarias, y $ 45 por ta obra del Hospital; pero si esta última obra quedare terminada o suspendida por falta de fondos para continuarla, dicho empleado devengará únicamente el sueldo correspondiente a las obras portuarias mencionadas.
