Artículo tercero. Igualmente, la misma Comisión recibirá, radicará, estudiará y resolverá las reclamaciones ya presentadas y que presenten en lo sucesivo las viudas e hijos legítimos o naturales de los veteranos muertos antes del 25 de febrero de 1938, para os efectos de la Ley 7ª de dicho año.
