Art. 187. Los Agentes del Ministerio Público no pueden transigir los pleitos en que intervengan, ni tampoco pueden desistir de las acciones promovidas, sino con autorización especial y expresa del Gobierno ó de la Entidad representada. De los Recursos interpuestos sí pueden desistir como cualquier apoderado.
