Los gobernadores y alcaldes, previo concepto favorable del Consejo Departamental, Distrital o Municipal de Gestión del Riesgo, podrán declararla situación de calamidad pública en su respectiva jurisdicción. Las declaratorias de h situación de calamidad pública se producirán y aplicarán, en lo. pertinente, de conformidad con las reglas de la declaratoria de la situación de desastre.
