Se autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para orear y organizar un Cuerpo de policia destinado á la capital de la República, y para que expida el reglamento á que éste deba sujetarse. El número de individuos de este Cuerpo se tomará de los cuatro mil hombres que determina el artículo 1.° de la presente ley para formar el Ejército.
