Plan de retiro consensuado. El liquidador podrá elaborar y ejecutar un plan de retiro consensuado para los trabajadores oficiales que se encuentren vinculados a la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones (Caprecom), EICE. Para la adopción y ejecución de dicho plan se requerirá previamente de apropiación y disponibilidad presupuestal.
