ARTICULO 4.3.1.10.- DIVISION DE OFERTAS PUBLICAS. Corresponde a la División de Ofertas Públicas las siguientes funciones

a)

Elaborar los estudios financieros, económicos y jurídicos necesarios para decidir sobre la autorización de las ofertas públicas de valores;

b)

Impulsar el trámite de las solicitudes de ofertas públicas de valores;

c)

Revisar las solicitudes de aprobación de programas publicitarios;

d)

Brindar asesoría a los emisores de valores, en relación con las ofertas públicas de valores que deseen realizar; y

e)

Las demás que se le asignen de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la dependencia.
