La persona que mediante avisos de cualquier clase, instalación de oficina, fijación de placas murales, o en cualquiera otra forma, anuncie la prestación de servicios periodísticos o similares, sin haber obtenido la tarjeta profesional de periodista, estará sujeta a las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 7o. de la presente Ley.
