En la sentencia de graduación el Juez dispone que si hay obligaciones condicionales no cumplidas, se deje bajo secuestro la cuota que corresponda para que en su oportunidad se haga el pago.

Respecto de aquellos bienes que se encuentren en los casos de los artículos 165 del Código de Comercio, 2489 del Código Civil y 22 de la Ley 51 de 1918, el Juez hace las declaraciones a que haya lugar, si hubiere habida demanda por parte interesada.
