Art. 73. Son comunes las disposiciones de esta Ley á los miembros de la Marina de guerra, cuando el gobierno disponga su creación y en consecuencia se organice; así como también para los hijos, hijas, viudas, etc., de los individuos no militares que mueran en combate ó en campaña, defendiendo el Gobierno legitimo y la Constitución nacional.
