° A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, todas las entidades oficiales y privadas que cuenten dentro de su organización con departamentos de seguridad, que cumplan cualquiera de las actividades de vigilancia privadas señaladas en el artículo 1° del presente Decreto, deberán contratar el servicio a través de compañías de vigilancia privada o constituirse como tales.
