ARTICULO 56 . FUNCIONES Y ATRIBUCIONES. Las juntas clasificadoras de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el presente reglamento, tienen las siguientes funciones y atribuciones

Ratificar o modificar las clasificaciones anuales.

Determinar las clasificaciones para ascenso, ingreso al nivel ejecutivo, promoción o cambio de nivel.

Hacer clasificaciones eventuales.

Estudiar y fallar en última instancia los reclamos interpuestos por desacuerdo del evaluado con su evaluación y/o clasificación.

Las demás funciones que les señalen la ley o los reglamentos.
