º. El Gobierno abrirá un Registro Nacional de Aeródromos, en el cual deben figurar todos los aeródromos o aeropuertos civiles, autorizados como tales.

Parágrafo

Un acto traslaticio del dominio del aeródromo o aeropuerto o que lo grave o límite no tendrá validez sin que se haya efectuado la debida anotación en el Registro Nacional de Aeródromos.
