º Terminado el contrato de trabajo por muerte del trabajador, la Sociedad Administradora del Fondo de Cesantía al cual estaba afiliado el trabajador entregará las sumas correspondientes al mismo con sujeción a lo previsto en los artículos 258 y concordantes del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
