Art. 3º Los empleados encargados de la recolección quedarán facultados para hacer las rondas que fueren necesarias en las habitaciones y predios de su jurisdicción, en los términos indicados pro el Código Judicial sobre allanamiento, y procederán con firmeza y energía a la vez que con la prudencia y honradez debidas.
